"Quiet, safe, newer neighborhood"

Marshwood Trace rests in a quiet cul de sac community that is relatively new. The homes are a great size and the streets are clean. If you are looking for busy night life, and lots of hustle and bustle, Marshwood Trace is not for you. However, if you are looking for a great place to unwind after a busy day in the office, and fighting Atlanta traffic, then Marshwood Trace is a great place to live.
