"Residential and hot."

This area is mostly residential, but there are a few industrial businesses. For some reason, it gets really hot here. Much hotter than everywhere else I can remember being in Phoenix (and that is saying something). Other than the heat, it's an okay area to live, but nothing grandiose. Not much to see.
