Pullman is an historic town that was originally built to house the employees of the Pullman Railroad Company. This is a walking town with lots of really great historical attractions.

One of the top things to do is the Historic Pullman Walking Tour. It is a guided tour that usually lasts about 2 hours and has a very minimal cost. You have knowledgeable guides who tell you the story of the town and it's origins. These usually start back up in May.

Another attraction is the A. Phillip Randolph Pullman Porter Museum - it pays homage to A. Phillip Randolph who was a very influential African-American leader in history.

Other places to visit are the Mosnart/Transom Gallery, Pullman 1894 Strike Memorial Rose and Herb Garden, Pullman Clock Tower and the historic Hotel Florence - all of these attractions offer free admission. There is a great park called Palmer Park which sits in the middle of this area.

For a good place to eat breakfast near Pullman I would check out Cal-Harbor. It is a diner on 115th Street just south of town and has amazing breakfasts.

All of these suggestions should help you plan a wonderful visit to Pullman!
