HARVARD has a Frank Lloyd Wright home. Stewart Ridge was created for the ultra rich in the early 1900s and still has large, well kept homes from Stewart Ave (121st to 123rd) to Michigan Ave.

West Pullman is reasonably priced, though Harvard and Stewart Avenues are a bit more expensive.
