"House Party Central with Annoying Neighbors Stay Away"
It steps from the beach, with allot of walkability. There are bike lanes and allot of cross walks, This neighborhood sucks though, the neighbors on every street have house party 24/7 until about 4 am, more than half the neighborhood lives beyond there means and complain about the stupidest things, and then turn around and party all night.The type of people tell you that you better be picking up your Dog poop as your already doing it. The Type of people who park in the Fire lane and in front of your Garage and think there entitled too. Just stay away from this neighborhood if you want to live a happy life, the beach is nice but i feel like I'm living in the ghetto.

- Annoying People who are obsessed with themselves
- No Parking after 4pm on anyway, lets not get into the weekend
- Rude neighbors parking in front of your garage and fire lanes
