"Good location, Okay street"

West Almeria Road is a nice street near the major roads of West McDowell and North Central Avenue. Its a mix of shopping, residential homes, and restaurants. It is pretty much filled with middle class families and homes. It is also close to several schools and places of worship, and the traffic is not terrible at all.
