"Popular Living Area for College Students"

30th street is a popular living area for college students, however it is rather unsafe. Many people have been mugged or attacked along this street at night. While it is frequently populated with cars, it is not very well lit and apartment buildings are easily accessible. It is not a good street to just hangout on during the day, it is really only good for passing through.
