"Student Street near USC"

W. 27th street near Figueroa Ave. is home to several USC housing complexes including the Annenberg House, the AAA of Southern California, the USC Institute of Multimedia Literacy, and a Bank of America. It is one of the farthest streets within walking distance of campus on which students live and is directly north of USC’s fraternity Row.
