"Expanding area with many development to look forward too"

There are many new developments, such as apartments, shopping center, police station, library, fire station, in the near future that will attract more traffic. A plan need to be in place to expand the road. Landscapes and trees need to be added to make the street more attracted. Currently it looks more like a highway than a residential area.

"Not to ideal to live"

Not a very typical street to travel on because there are no shopping center, park and recreational center nearby. You will find there are many convenience stores along the street, waiting for your business. If you want to sell your aluminum can, you can stop at Tidewell and Wayside and make some money. You can visit the Ship Channel which is few minutes away.

"Peaceful, affordable area"

Located in the heart of Clear Lake. On Fairwind Rd, you will find affordable, gated condos and townhomes that looked out to green belt that used to be a golf course. Minutes drive to major supermarkets, University of Houston Clear Lake, University of Phoenix and park and recreational center. Between major intersection of Bay Area Blvd and El Dorado Blvd that can take you to 45 Freeway where you can shop and dine in style.

"well established area for families and friends"

Surrounded by apartments and affordable residential with great resale value. Accessable to the elementary school, the library, the police station, and the shopping center. Across from the library is a playground for your kids to have fun. For the grown up, there is a bowling alley and tavern to hang out. Minutes away from the 45 freeway, University of Houston Clear Lake, Space Center and Bay Brook mall. It is a great place for families and hot area for real estate.

"Gotta to watch your back"

If you do not live or have no business here, stay away. If you are in the area, be sure to hide all your personal belonging and lock all doors. And bring some extra coins to give away to bystanders. The housing is indeed affordable and the tax rate is low. Stay away if you do not want your house to be break into and the fear to be always carrying your gun. Who would want to live in fear.

"Not so appealing street"

Here you will find many affordable condos for families as well as single. You will find a library, elementary school, Churches, and recreational park for families to gather. You have to travel some distance to find big supermarket and restaurants. Unless you love Vietnamese and Mexican food, there are some restaurants and stores nearby located on Broadway st.

"Nice to live"

Seahorse is surrounded by apartment buildings and 2 Bedrooms Townhouse, which is affordable to couple and retiree. It can be a busy street especially in the morning when the kids from the apartment wait for their buses and sometime cars detour to this street to avoid traffic light on Space Center and Bay Area Blvd. At night, there are many car parked on the street from the residents from the apartment.

"Very Noisy and Busy Street"

This street consumed a lot of traffic from Hobby Airport and surrounded by many apartments that needed to be updated. This can be a turn off to tourists. The avenue need to be more attractive in my opinion.

"up and growing area"

Starlight Bay st is located in Shadow Creek Ranch, a growing, attracted subdivision. And in the subdivision, there are many recreation parks for the whole family to gather to BBQ, play tennis and volleyball, and swim. A booming city with recently construction of Pearland Town Center, which surrounded by many restaurants, such as Red Lobster, Mim's Cafe, Red Robin, and our favorite Pei Wei for the cost. And also in the pipeline is a project called Water Lights District. Oh, I can't wait. If you like shopping, we have JC Penny, Marshalls and Kohls. And we also have Kroger and HEB near by for convenient.

"Great Street to live."

Quiet, well-kept Marby Mill Rd located in Bay Glen Subdivision in the heart of Clear Lake. My husband and I loved to drive on Clear Lake City Blvd. It is filled with lushful landscape and fully grown trees. Conveniently closed to 45 Freeway, shopping center (Bay Brook Mall, Kroger, HEB, and Walmart), and tourist attraction (Space Center and Kemah). Only a 45 minutes drive to Galveston.
