"Pleasant place for a drive"

If you take a left from 55 Olson memorial highway the street you would be on next is called as Glenwood avenue. From this point the first recreation site that you can go to from here is Lions Club park. As you go down further there are many other smaller streets which begin from this street. There are many parks that you can see and visit from Glenwood avenue. Natchez park, Theodore Wirth park, Valley park and Harrison park are the popular ones near Glenwood avenue.

"Bustling with Activity."

Between the Dunwoody boulevard and E Hennepin avenue , there is a street called Hennepin avenue. The street has a city type of environment with many official buildings, schools and other big educational institutions. The street also crosses the Mississippi river in form of a bridge. There are some big and small educational buildings like the Minneapolis community college, technical college etc situated on this street. Loring park, situated at a close distance from Hennepin avenue is a popular spot for recreation. Shopping malls, books stores, cafes and restaurants can be easily accessed from this street.

"Nice Place Close to the Park"

S Bloominton avenue is a street that runs begins at S Cedar avenue and ends changes to Bloomington avenue further down the Christian park. The Christian park is a well known spot on this street. In fact the street looks to be a little famous or widely known solely because on this park. There are hardly any shops that can fill in the daily needs of the locals but small toffee van and mobile ice cream parlors can be seen around the park. Other streets and places you can get to from this street are E 33rd street, E 34th street etc. The Powderhon park in the vicinity of Powederhorn lake is a serene place to which you can go to easily from S Bloomington avenue.

"A Place with a Nice View"

Snelling avenue is a small street running parallel to Minnehaha avenue. My friend and I had come here just for a simple sightseeing. The place was build in concrete and you find some manufacturing units or storage depots of those that are they in Minnesota. Some residential houses are also situated here but a few in number and maybe also because the street is short. We had to travel long to the next Minehaha avenue in search of restaurants.

"Get Back to Nature!"

This street originates where West river road ends. The street is awesome as far as greenery is concerned. You can get lovely views of the river as well as the paths with plenty of shade enough to make you walk less tiring. There are hardly any food stores on this street and you will have to go to the neighboring streets on the closest E Lake street for a variety. The street is best for a fine and enjoyable holiday. The weather is cool for most of the time. I cannot forget the pleasant day at the riverside park. It’s unforgettable.

"A Little Slice of Mexico"

The street gives a feel of Mexico. You will find the street deeply involved in Mexican culture and tradition in every aspect. The food, living, recreation is to a great extent influenced from the Mexican origin. It begins after the intersection of W lake street with 3rd avenue and ends at the great river road running parallel to the Mississippi river. Further down the intersection of this street with 5th avenue, there is a store called ‘El Amor Fashion’ dealing with outfit. It is in fact the best place to get some of the beautiful and explicit clothes. Subway sandwiches and salads is a nice place to ease your hungry belly.
