"Very quiet and safe area"

This is the perfect place to reside. It is not far away from public transportation fairly close to restaurants and coffee places. You are obviously very near prospect park. There is a nice community center a few blocks away with swimming pool and gym. A Lidl just opened in 2026 just 2 blocks away. There is also a car rental (Enterprise) nearby. You can get to downtown Manhattan in 20 minutes. I love it!
