"Established neighborhood of brick homes"

This is an established subdivision of brick homes about 50 years old. Most homes in the 1200 sq foot range. Street quality can vary depending upon the number of rentals which tend to be less well maintained. It is generally, safe, quiet and attractive to young families as the neighborhood turns over a generation.

Schools (Five Points Elementary and Middle School) are walkably nearby. High School is short drive. School quality is solid.

Easy access to shopping of all types along the I-675 corridor. Wright State University and Wright Patterson AFB nearby continues to add diversity and attract better jobs to the area.

"Busy Collector Street, Growing Number of Rentals Showing Their Age, Generation-shift in Progress"

This is a soldi neighborhood undergoing a transition from original owners to the next generation. Unfortunately there are a growing number of rental units which often are poorly maintained. Harlan Drive is a collector street and the traffic can be annoying. Better to look at houses on the side streets connecting to Harlan Drive. Some good values can be had for the observant shopper.
