Union Rd Southwest, Union City

Union Road Southwest south of Atlanta is a small but impactful suburban neighborhood. Now, you have to put suburban in context when you describe southern states and communities. Atlanta is a sprawling city with a thriving metropolitan area. Anything outside of downtown proper, for the most part, is considered suburban. But even with that, its not the classic sense of the suburbs. there are pockets of residential areas amongst rolling fields and a plethora of Georgia pines. Union Road Southwest exists within one of those pocketed enclaves.

Union Road has several new homes that are somewhat pricey, but the money is definitely worth it. The streets are clean, the homes are new and beautifully maintained and the lawns are impeccable. Even the older homes on Union Road have maintained their stately charm. There are parks and recreational venues close by. Major retail shopping and fine dining are within a short drive for residents of this community.
