Honestly, you don't have many options for kid friendly parks in Ukranian Village, but like GG said, you can check out Commercial Park. I don't think of this area as being particularly good for kids, but they do have a few options so your little ones won't be completely without hope :)

Commercial Park is a large park with lots of recreational areas. It's technically in the West Town neighborhood, but it's very nearby and the best one in the area for kids.
