"A street with lots of troubles."

Arden Way might've once been a nice street but isn't one now. There are problems everywhere you look along this road from gang related activities to vacant houses due to recent foreclosures. Crime has been on a steady increase here and long-time residents are now even afraid to open their doors after dark.
