Sydney Dr, Sunnyvale

I got an apartment on Sydney Drive with a friend a couple of years back. The apartment promised quiet living on a comfortable and safe street. Boy was that ever the biggest lie. Sydney Drive appears quite nice to the visible eye but it has plenty of problems. The street is very close to Freemont High School and during the lunch break the students found it funny to come over and hang out in the pool area at my apartment and trashing the area in the process. There was always stories about cars being broken into and petty vandalism cases around the area. The cops also frequented this area quite a bit because of the amount of students in the area. Parking is almost impossible on this street unless you have your own house. Even side street parking is minimal. Avoid this street at all costs!
