"Vacancies are rare"

When I saw this name in StreetAdvisor, I said, “I know what _that_ area is named for.”

I was wrong. It turns out that the planetarium is a few blocks away, in the Fort Negley neighborhood.

What you _will_ find here is the Sudekum Apartments complex on University Court. These long brick buildings with their tiny windows are owned and run by the Metropolitan Development and Housing Authority. You must meet income requirements to live here, and MDHA’s website says they aren’t accepting applications at the moment.

Since this is a tiny area close to downtown, the public transportation is reasonable. Four different routes run along the edges of the Sudekum neighborhood.

"A Good Choice when Starting Out."

Sudekum is close to downtown and the interstate which is located near Lafayette Street. The area is not one of the nicest areas of Nashville as many of the homes are run down and many of the homes here are below the market value. The homes which are for sale are generally among the lower price bracket for Nashville and will draw numerous home owners who are looking for a home to start out in to this area.

One of the closest places of interest that you will want to check out is the Adventure Science Museum. When looking for a place to take the family on the weekends as well as during the summer during the day, you will want to check out the science museum. The museum offers a number of hands on activities that can keep you occupied as well as teach you and your family a thing or two.

When looking for a place to visit, check out the Nashville Zoo which is not to far away on Nolensville Road. The area is not to far away from the Lafayette Street intersection and Fourth Avenue. The Nashville Zoo offers a number of exotic animals on display during the year. Depending on which time of the day and which time of the year that you are looking at visiting the Nashville Zoo will depend on what you can expect to see when visiting the Nashville Zoo.

"Close to a lot of places"

Sudekum is an area bounded by Lafayette St. and the Interstate. Probably the biggest draw in the area is the Sudekum Planetarium at the Adventure Science Center.

There are not a lot of housing opportunities in the area, except maybe University Court, which seems to have a bit of crime, and some other low priced homes.

It is near the Cannery and Flyte restaurants and all the good things in downtown proper. One restaurant I see listed as being at University Court is the Giggle Box restaurant. I don't know about the food, but the name is intriguing.
