"quiet and peaceful area"

Springbrook Lane is a short street in the back of a neighborhood surrounded by Cull Canyon. This area is very safe and quiet, a true oasis. Neighbors are friendly, there is not much traffic, and is a good neighborhood in which to walk. Homes and yards are nice but not overdone, spacious but not huge.
