"SE Rochester has lots of opportunity for housing"

Southeast Rochester continues to grow over the last few years. The area includes one of three Rochester High Schools, Mayo High School and Rochester's Community and technical college. There are 5 elementary schools in SE along with Willow Creek Middle School. SE Rochester excels in more residential than commercial. Although SE is greater in mass in residential terms there are some shopping opportunities. This area also includes Quarry Hill Nature Center, a great place to go hiking, biking, and running. They also have a great Learning Center.
Pros
  • Lots of Residential Homes
  • Easy School Locations
  • Affordable Price Ranges
Cons
  • Limited Shopping Opportunities
