"peaceful cul de sac"

Slopeview Ct is a quiet and peaceful cul de sac in a lovely neighborhood near Cull Canyon. There is little traffic and it is a very safe area. The commute to Oakland or San Francisco is not horrible by BART or by car, and you have the advantage of the peace and solititude being away from the city. This is a great area for families with children especially due to the parks and great schools nearby.
