"Pretty and Quiet Street"

Seminole Avenue is a very pretty tree lines street with single or two-family townhouses. It is a very nice street that is two ways that is right near the Jacobi Medical Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. It is a good place for students and faculty of the Medical school to live because of its proximity to the school--it is literally a block away. It is a very nice street with very nice houses.
