"An average area for an average priced home"

North River Court is located just off Broadway and 37th St. This neighborhood is tucked away off of busy Broadway. Although a housing neighborhood, it also has apartments available nearby and the affordability of these homes is at an average household income. Schooling can be distant, dining can be limited, and activities can be low besides a movie theater and bowling alley. Conveniently located is a Shopko and Hyvee for any shopping needs. As a whole, these homes can be described as your average home but for location, there are better areas in Rochester with easier access to normal shopping and activities.
Pros
  • Affordable Pricing
  • Nearby grocery and shopping
Cons
  • Distant from schooling
  • Distant from Rochester's core
