"A mainly residential area of town"

Kingsborough is an area of Aurora that has houses, apartments, duplexes and town homes. This largely residential area has homes for sale for below the average for the state of Colorado, and with the amount of foreclosures in the area there are some really good deals here. Many of the homes in this area were built around the early 1970s and are smaller in size. The average income level in this area is also about 12% lower than the state average.

This area is strong with single family homes and is mainly an area where you find a lot of families living. The schools here all rank average when it comes to state testing standards. The kids who live here go to Rangeview High School which has some nice things to offer the kids. The school has a great indoor swimming pool and some nice tennis courts.

There are restaurants scattered throughout the neighborhood and a few shops, but what can't be found here can be found within a relatively close proximity. The closest highway to this neighborhood is I-225, so access to downtown isn't very good. The area is boxed in by other neighborhoods so getting outside of the area can take some time.
