"A great place for families!"
The majority of this neighborhood has homes built from the middle to late 1900's with median market value. This specific location is center to John Adams middle school, convenient for those with children. Its location is not necessarily near many shopping, dining, or night lift activities but with a short drive you can find many of these items. The neighborhood spirit is high and has a friendly atmosphere with comfort of a secure location. 18th Ave can be a busy traffic area in the neighborhood, if you do have children make sure they know that and are aware of the traffic this road can have. The rest of the neighborhood does not see as much traffic.
