"Up And Coming"

Walking distance from everything. Good eats all about. Lots of renovations. Some pests, but hey, its New Orleans. You get raccoons everywhere. The neighborhood is safe. It has never flooded. I've been here 3 years. I rebuilt an old home. I've a Dr and grad students and engineers for neighbors.
