"No Jobs Rents expensive"

This is an older town that needs a major makeover. There are no jobs. Most of the population has been here from birth. The little towns that make up the county have some very nice neighborhoods but the economy is bad. Scranton has 2 colleges but even that isn't helping the economy. There are a lot of elderly and not many oppurtunities for younger individuals. The good news is it is about 2 hours from New York City or Phila. It was listed as one of the worst city for asthma.
