Poinciana

as i look at the reviews for this neighborhood im very amazed how many people like it. the reason i moved to poinciana fl was the idea of my first house. the first time i drove out to look at the house i was not sure if i passed it or not i drove forever. the relitor ask me to meet them at the Denny's when i got there the relitor was not able to make it so we he ask us to come back. we told him a week later that we wanted to look at other places and was told this was the only places we qualified for and not to worrier because they where going to build a highway and all this stuff out there WRONG!!!! the relitor did not lie to us but he was lied to by the neighborhood associations. the only thing they ever built out there was a walmart. the gas satiations where only open in the day time so if you needed to go some at night and did not get gas you where stuck. it toke one hour to get to south orlando with no traffic. i spent about $500 in gas a mouth at one point. it would take me 15 minutes just to get to the closest store where know i can walk to the store get what i need and be back in the same amount of time. the neighborhood associations charge around $500 a year a never did nothing for you house. i was told they where going to build a chilles out there it toke 5 years for them to come. the neighborhood associations wanted to charge chilles 10% of there profits and was never build. the year before i left they started building out there but it was not enough. i was also amazed for such a nice place to live of how many people where on welfare ever time i got in line at the grocery store almost ever one was paying with a EBT card. when in need help at the stores i had to ask 3 to 4 people before i could find someone that could speak English.they always built house and never any business park which would be a great idea endless you can work for little money. the only thing that i like about it was the stars where nice at night. i had bought my house for around 110k and was priced to around $50k before the house was foreclosed on. i was never able to sale the house for want it was paid for. losing that house was the best thing that ever happen to me. no one know how to drive out there to you use the left lane for passing and the right lane for normal traffic that rule was never followed in poinciana. i work for a place at one time with a lot of kids from poinciana high school and they where the dumbest kids i had ever meet. they did not know how to do normal math and had ever poor reading & writhing skills. now i know i cant spell very well but i did not get good marks in school but for some reason these kids did. poinciana is a good places to live if you have a family that does not want your kids to get into a inner city life or if you are retired. but if you a young couple or a single person or work in downtown Orlando dont live here you will die. you will just wast most of your life driving and none of your friend will drive out to where you live. plus the bugs are the worst and the neighborhood is not very safe. kids destroy vacant house and make it look like a war zone. poinciana you can keep it i will never live there even if the house was free they should bulldoze it
