"An area filled with warehouses and businesses"
North Washington is an area that is packed with warehouses and businesses. There are car dealerships, construction companies, trucking companies, wholesale warehouses and distribution centers. There aren't any homes I can think of in this area and it is mostly a busy area with cars and trucks driving about. There are home in almost all of the surrounding areas, but other than businesses you won't find much in North Washington.
