There are numerous parks and lakes in the neighborhood and the east side border runs along the South Platte River. It is a really lovely area and when you're in the middle of it, it feels almost isolated from the busy areas that surround it. This would be a lovely neighborhood to raise a family in because of the low crime rate, good schools, and numerous parks and lakes.
