"Buried street near downtown/Japantown"

San Pedro Circle is a little street near downtown SJ and the Japantown area. It is in walking distance to downtown as well as to the light rail line. It's a quiet little neighborhood of mostly condos. The area is a little bit iffy in terms of crime but not horrible. The prices are pretty affordable for the location.
