What streets have the highest priced real estate in Roosevelt Island, New York City?

Roosevelt Island is pretty even all around though the further west (closer to Manhattan) and the closer to public transportation you, the pricier it will be. Also, there are a lot of newer luxury buildings on the island that are, naturally, more expensive than the older buildings. Those are, generally, on the West side of the island.
