Technically, all of Chicago could be considered walkable, BUT Rogers Park is less walkable than many other areas. I have lived there and it felt closer to a Suburb than part of the city in many ways. You can certainly hop on the El or bus to get around without having a car, but there are many neighborhoods that could be considered more walkable.
