Rogers Park hardly feels like part of the city. It's WAY up North, yet it's not really that suburban. There are a fair number of apartment buildings, and they're pretty nice. It's actually very nice, reasonably upper class without being too nice just yet. I see the home prices going way up in a few years, so it's likely a good time to move there. Could be a good investment.

Rogers Park is Chicago's most diverse and most northern neighborhood. It is considered a college town but at the same time it has a great arts presence and a large abundance of restaurants and shops. This areas lakefront location also make it a popular place for beach visitors.
This community boasts long time residents living in quaint homes on tree-lined streets. Alongside these residents you will also find a diverse immigrant population as well as students of Loyola University's main campus.
