... and other similar neighborhoods of Oakland/Berkeley. Tired of San Francisco. Well versed in the east bay everything. Full-time (60+++hr weeks) professional. Educated. Single parent. Looking to move as soon as possible but not rushing into anything at the same time (hello, opposites that attract!)
