It depends on what you're looking for. I've also heard good things about Ixl Health & Fitness, but if you're looking for yoga I've also heard some VERY good things about Satya. Give them both a look.

I know some people swear by IXL Health & Fitness in Rhinebeck located at 3752 New York 9G.
