Is Pleasant Valley a good place to raise kids/start a family?

l would say so, yes. Pleasant Valley is a smallish, pretty town with a lot of nice homes, and many of those houses have plenty of land, so they can spread out in the backyard and have room to play. It's a safe area (crime is really uncommon around here) and it's a friendly community as well.

The schools in and around town are pretty good and there are also nearby parks to which you can take them for fun.

Myself, I haven't lived in Pleasant Valley, but I know people who have and they've all got nice things to say about it. I think it's a perfectly good place to raise a family.
