What's the average resident age of Pleasant Valley?

Is it an older or younger town on average when compared to the rest of the state/county?

I wouldn't call Pleasant Valley a particularly young area, but in my opinion it's growing and expanding with younger people rather than older. It may not stay this way, as Poughkeepsie is a bit of a drive from Pleasant Valley, but it still has a younger feel.
