"Cypress Creek Estates"

Cypress Creek Estates is a highly desireable, luxury, custom neighborhood in coveted West Plano. This is the best location for commute in any direction as all three major highways are few minutes away, hence you can quickly get to Dallas attractions, employers and airports. Its a small and close knitted story book community which is a rare commodity in DFW. You can walk to Willowbend Mall, Texas Presbyterian Hospital, golf course, top rated Barksdale Elementary school, church, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store, gym, day care, montessori, church, preschool, doctor offices, medical labs, pizza and other amenities. Its an established neighborhood with mature landscape and trees. Most homes back scenic setting of ravine and creek, which adds not only serene and beautiful views but triples your backyard space without adding any property taxes. It's really a park like atmosphere in backyards. There are only two streets and one is culde sac. Front and J swing garages make it easy to say hi to the neighbors but they often enjoy Friday evening get togethers, summer/fall cook outs and decorating homes and neighborhood on Christmas is always a community event as well. Many familes raised their kids here and now enjoying care free empty nesting while some moved few years ago and enjoying running after their kids. Homeowners take prude in their homes so maintain and upgrade religiously. People watch out for each other and are protective of all children. Homes are on expensive side but what this community offers, that's truly priceless for today's indiffrent massive new cookie cutter neighborhoods.
