Relocating to Pinella's County?Tampa area!

My husband and I are flying into Florida (Tampa) to check out areas in Pinella County. Would like to know best areas to look at for neighborhoods and schools for a couple with two elementary aged children. We are trying to narrow our search so any advice is appreciated.
