Pinehurst Ct, Bennett

Although Pinehurst Court is on the other side of the golf course, I know several families that live over there. They are all very nice and it seems as if it would be a great street to live on. The homes are all different and unique, but look nice. There are a few available here, although that is true about the entire neighborhood. There have been both foreclosures and short sells in the area. Some of these homes used to have a nice view, with the golf course being so close, but since the course closed it is no longer taken care of. Homes here can be purchased for much less than they were going for when the development first opened. The homes here have almost no traffic going by since they sit at the end of the development.

Although there are no amenities here there are restaurants, shopping, and some dining in the town. This would be a good street to live on for someone who likes a quiet environment, a large home, and only a short drive to amenities.
