Is traffic heavy during rush hour in Pine Plains?

I would say no, though Route 199 and Route 82 do pass through town, and I've seen both with more activity than I'd normally expect. It doesn't really get that bad from what I know, in part because it's a low-population area and also because there are not a ton of businesses there to which people commute.

The Taconic Parkway, out west of the central part of town, gets a little congested at times, even in the northern part of the county.
