Is Pine Plains an ideal location to raise children?

It's definitely a good location in which to raise kids; I'm not sure I'd say ideal because Pine Plains is a little far from major amenities like hospitals, shopping malls, and some other fun places to take the kids, but it's still good. Pine Plains is a pretty quiet town, it's safe, and it's green, so it's a solid environment if you want to raise them in peace.

It's also the kind of place where lots of people have good-sized backyards, which I consider to be pretty important for letting the kids have a lot of room to run around and play.
