"Right off of Ponce De Leon"

Running right across the super busy Ponce De Leon Blvd, Phoenetia Avenue is a nice street with family houses and not alot of traffic. Its close to lots of shopping and restaurants in the ritzy Coral Gables area and is close to the downtown Miami nightlife and beaches.
