"Peterson is mainly a warehouse area with no housing"
Peterson is an area mostly devoted to warehouses with loading docks and storage. There is one small hotel in the neighborhood, just off of Chambers and I-70, a couple of gas stations, and a McDonalds. Other than that, there isn't much to this area at all. There is little traffic as the highway really begins to clear up this far east. While Chambers is a busy road farther into Aurora, there isn't much here to keep it busy.
