Is Pawling real estate more residential or commercial?

There is definitely some commercial real estate in Pawling, as the town is on the rise and more businesses are popping up, but there is also plenty of residential real estate to go around. I just did a quick search and turned up over 200 houses for sale in the town of Pawling alone, so yes, there's quite a bit of it to be had here. I'd figure most of it is residential.
