"Park City's (seemingly) most popular neighborhood"

`What more could you ask for in a Park City neighborhood. The majority of Park Meadows residents are primary homeowners, although second-home owners are discovering that the neighborhood’s sweeping views, convenient location and cohesive feel make for a great off-mountain alternative.

There is something in this neighborhood for everyone. Moderately priced condo living to very high end exclusive custom homes. The biggest attraction to Park Meadows is the PCMARC (Park City Municipal Area Recreation Center). Whether you like a spin class, yoga, masters swim program or tennis galore, the PCMARC offers it throughout every day (including weekends). And you can get there using the free public system, ride your bike, walk or even roller blade on the safe-pedestrian friendly streets.

Perhaps something a little more upscale? Check out the Park Meadows Country Club with an newly renovated 18 hole ST. Andrews style golf course.

And finally, let's talk about schools. Park Meadows backs up to the newly renovated Park City High School as well as Treasure Mountain Middle School and McPolin Grade School all located on Kearns Boulevard, providing safe, easy access to area schools. Did you know that Park City is one of the top 150 public school systems in the country?

Would you like any additional information about the Park Meadows neighborhood or Park City in general, drop me a note at [email protected]. I am a 25 year local and I think I can answer just about any question you may have about our little slice of paradise in the Wasatch mountains.
