"Quaint and pleasant residential neighborhood near downtown San Jose."

Orvis Avenue in San Jose, California is a quiet and peaceful street just off the beaten path yet very close to all of the amenities of beautiful downtown San Jose. This street is lined with well established trees, apartment buildings, single family and multiple family homes. It is located just minutes from the San Jose Airport, San Jose State University, museums, restaurants, parks, hospitals and anything else you could possibly need.
