Northwest 109th Ter, Oklahoma City

This is a small little neighborhood with your typical homes on it. Built in the late 70's and early 80's the homes are decent size. 1500+ sq ft. I think if you're a first-time homebuyer or somebody looking for a low key neighborhood, this would be a good one. There aren't a lot of trees or huge backyards, but the houses are fine. Imagine your typical suburban neighborhood in a movie, and that's where NW 109th Terrace is. Also, there are some rentals in the neighborhood, and we all know how those start to decrease the value a little bit. Overall, unless you know somebody in this area, keep driving.
