Is North East the kind of place you know your neighbors really well?

North East certainly seems to me like the kind of place where you'll know your neighbors well -- if you live in Millerton. If you don't, well, the houses get really spread out and there are few clumps of neighborhoods anywhere else in the town.

Millerton has a very "homey" feel to it and it's a pleasant community. The rest of North East is mostly open space.
