"Decent street with good shopping."

North 12th Street is a fairly quiet road, though it does have sections that are better to be avoided, especially at night. Overall this street offers enough shopping, dining and entertainment both on North 12th Street and other nearby roads. There seems to be better police envolvement the futher north you go than is seen in other neighborhoods making it a fairly safe place to live.
